01 General Terms & Acceptance

Mycs33 reserves the right to request age and identity verification at any time. If a member is found to have provided false information regarding their age or identity, the account will be suspended immediately and all balances may be forfeited.

03 Account Registration

Each user is only permitted to hold one (1) active account on the mycs33 platform. Multiple account ownership is strictly prohibited and may result in the closure of all associated accounts along with the forfeiture of any remaining balances or bonuses.

When registering, you are required to provide accurate, truthful, and complete information. The details you must provide include:

• Full name as shown on your official identification document
• An active mobile number registered in your name
• A valid and active email address
• Exact date of birth
• A strong and unique password for your account

You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. Any activity occurring through your account is your responsibility, even if carried out by another party without your knowledge, unless you have reported the matter to mycs33 within a reasonable time.

Identity verification (KYC) is required before your first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include a copy of your MyKad or passport, proof of current address, and payment method details.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

Mycs33 supports a variety of local Malaysian payment methods to make your financial transactions convenient. All transactions are processed securely using 256-bit SSL encryption.

Supported deposit methods : DuitNow, FPX, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and local bank transfers.

• Minimum deposit: RM10 per transaction

• Rollover requirements must be fully met before any withdrawal can be made from the bonus balance

06 Game Rules

All games available on the mycs33 platform are powered by a certified and fair random number generator (RNG). The outcome of every game is independent and cannot be influenced by anyone, including mycs33 itself.

• Bets that have been placed and confirmed cannot be cancelled
• In the event of a technical disruption during gameplay, the affected round may be voided and the bet refunded
• Wins recorded in the mycs33 system are final and binding
• Members are not permitted to use software or irregular methods to influence game outcomes
• Any attempt to exploit bugs or system vulnerabilities must be reported to mycs33

07 Prohibited Conduct
